Claim Supporter Pack rewards and skins in Legend of Defenders

Find and claim an already owned pack

1. Confirm that your current Steam account owns Legend of Defenders – Supporter Pack.
2. In the game, find the small green button beside the castle level-up button.
3. Open that panel and look for the owned pack's Claim action.
4. Check the reward state and the items you received.

The official pack lists Holy Light Castle, the Witch's Hand recruitment-hand skin, 200 Diamonds and starter hero Mag Ranger. This route is for finding an entitlement you already own, not for obtaining paid pack contents without owning it.

Change an available castle skin in that panel

A separate player at castle level 1,000 could not find how to change to the Halloween skin. Their event tab only opened the Steam page. The developer again pointed to the little green button beside Castle Levelup and said the skin can be changed in that panel.

1. Open the castle-side green-button panel.
2. Inspect the castle skins available to your account.
3. Choose the skin you own and want to use, then check the castle's appearance.

The Halloween Castle DLC is listed as free; Holy Light Castle belongs to the paid Supporter Pack. The shared panel does not make those ownership conditions interchangeable.

If the reward or skin still is not there

Check ownership and the panel rather than repeatedly following the event link to the store. Keep the exact DLC name, claim state and a view of the panel when asking the developer for help. The source replies do not provide a save rollback or a universal remedy for every delivery issue.

If the question is simply whether Mag Ranger can be recruited without this pack, the developer says it can. That recruitment answer is separate from the pack's starter reward.

Check the result

For a reward claim, check its claimed state and the listed rewards. For a skin change, check the actual castle appearance. Opening a Steam store page alone does not complete either in-game action.
