Legend of Defenders quest and deployment help: distinguish missing slots from rearranging a team, buy your first treasure, and check the last Treasure Altar slot.
Is the slot locked, or does the lineup need moving?
Start with the lower-left quest book if you own a hero, captain or gem but cannot deploy it. A higher castle level and an unfinished task can coexist. If the slot already works and you want to swap positions, use the separate TEAM arrangement button.
Two different treasure blockers
The first treasure quest needs an acquisition action through the treasure interface. The last Treasure Altar slot involves a later milestone and the corresponding quest chain. Do not substitute one for the other.
These routes follow the task on your own screen. They do not promise a fixed castle-level or wave table for every deployment slot.

- Unlock hero, captain & gem slotsOpen the lower-left quest book before grinding castle levels. Check hero, captain and gem deployment against your completed and unclaimed tasks.
- Move heroes with the TEAM buttonUse the plain TEAM button beside the team-selection dropdown to rearrange an existing lineup without removing every hero one by one.
- Get the first quest treasureBuy an available treasure from the treasure interface, then check the quest. More main-stage waves are not the missing purchase action.
- Unlock the last Treasure Altar slotAlready cleared Demon Tower level 5? Check the lower-left quest chain as well as the milestone before treating the locked slot as a bug.
