Legend of Defenders Mag Ranger and Supporter Pack help: check the recruitment pool, claim an owned pack and change an available castle skin.
Separate recruitment from claiming an owned pack
To understand the recruitment presentation, first separate advertised zero in-app purchases from optional DLC.
If Mag Ranger has not appeared in your recruits, check the developer's no-extra-DLC answer. The hero is in the recruitment pool; the Supporter Pack is not an exclusive access gate.
If you already own the pack and cannot find the starter reward, use the green button beside Castle Levelup. That guide also covers the same panel's castle-skin setting, so you do not need a second page for a nearby button.
Ownership still matters for pack contents
The paid Supporter Pack's Holy Light Castle and starter rewards differ from the free Halloween Castle DLC. A hero's normal recruitment availability does not give you every cosmetic or pack entitlement.
